Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, CRM, hardware sales, and product sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Drive product sales by educating customers on our IT solutions, CRM tools, and hardware offerings.
Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, CRM sales, hardware sales, or product sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Ability to identify customer needs and match them with relevant products and services.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales leads simultaneously.
